Terms of Service

Service rules, subscriptions, blockchain payments and merchant responsibilities.

Terms of Service — operator review required

CoinDirectly Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 October 2026. These terms describe the planned and currently implemented payment software rules. The business operator should verify its contracting entity, governing law, dispute process and refund policy with qualified counsel before relying on these as final legal terms.

1. The service

CoinDirectly offers account and merchant approval workflows, a USDT TRC20 invoice API, checkout pages, blockchain transfer verification, signed webhook notifications and payment claim review tools. It does not hold or settle merchants' customer payments: the customer transfers directly to the merchant's approved public receiving wallet.

2. Eligibility and merchant approval

Applicants must give accurate business and wallet details, prove control of their email with a 10-digit code, and await manual approval. CoinDirectly may refuse, restrict or suspend accounts after assessing security and abuse concerns. Approval does not constitute a guarantee of regulatory suitability or business reputation.

3. Subscription and payments

The published base subscription is 30.00 USDT per 30 days, as dynamically displayed from the current billing configuration. The actual payment invoice can include a clearly stated unique amount addition of less than 1 USDT. Sending-wallet and exchange network fees are separate. Plan changes affect new invoices, not already issued invoices. Access is restricted when a subscription is inactive or suspended.

4. Merchant obligations

Merchants are responsible for their products and services, customer disclosures, delivery, account credentials, tax/record obligations and handling refunds with their own receiving wallet. They must not request users' seed phrases, misrepresent blockchain confirmation or use CoinDirectly for illegal or fraudulent transactions.

5. Transactions, claims and settlement

Transfers on TRON are typically irreversible. CoinDirectly verifies genuine USDT token events sent to the invoice-specific registered merchant address. Sending a wrong amount/address or providing someone else's public transaction hash does not establish a valid payment. Underpayments, late payments and conflicting claims can require manual review; successful automated matching cannot be guaranteed in every case.

6. No investment or custody service

CoinDirectly is not a bank, investment platform, escrow or crypto exchange. It does not hold users' private keys and does not promise to recover lost tokens, reimburse mistaken transfers or change blockchain transactions.

7. Security and availability

Merchants must protect their API keys and webhook secrets, check HMAC signatures and confirm paid invoices server-to-server before fulfillment. Availability may be interrupted by blockchain congestion, node sync delays, internet failures or maintenance. Services should fail closed rather than approve unverified payments.

8. Subscription cancellations, disputes and refunds

Requests involving subscriptions or mistaken payments should be raised with support and evaluated case by case, based on evidence, fulfillment status and applicable law. No unconditional refund, guaranteed refund deadline or automatic blockchain reversal is promised in these terms. The operator must publish a definitive cancellation/refund policy before commercial launch.

9. Changes and contact

Operational rules and features may change. Changes to paid plans apply to new invoices unless otherwise stated. Questions or concerns should be directed to Telegram @fbadspro11 or through the merchant dashboard.
